In a rare win for community groups, last night Camden’s planning committee refused permission for extra rooms to be added to an underground hotel which is being built on Great Russell Street. Report next week.

Camden Council quietly opened Alfred Place Gardens on Friday 11 March — the first new public park in the area since 1986.

Meraki Restaurants Ltd has applied to Westminster Council for a variation of their premises licence at 80-82 Great Titchfield Street (including 30 Foley Street).
Planning applications and appeals in Fitzrovia West, March 2022
Westminster Council has validated nine planning applications so far this month in the Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association amenity society area. There is also one appeal against a decision to refuse planning permission.
